Terms of Service

This is an agreement between you and Wagienience (Pty) Ltd trading as WHC (with its affiliates, “Digi Aqua” or “we”). Please read these Digi Aqua Services Terms of Use, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms of using the Digi Aqua Software (collectively, this “Agreement”) before using the Digi Aqua Services for a service and/or product. Any user of the Digi Aqua Services i.e. homeowner, member of the public, entity of government, private entity (collectively, the “client” or “account holder” or “user” or “you” or “your”) by using the Digi Aqua Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and all users related to you and others who use Digi Aqua Services under your account. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use the Digi Aqua Services and you may return your Product or request a refund on the service and/or product in accordance with any applicable return policy. Your use of any of the Digi Aqua Services is subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply to those Digi Aqua Services. For the purpose of these Digi Aqua Services Terms of Use: “Digi Aqua Services” means the provision of Digi Aqua Software, Digital Content, and support and other services that we provide users. “Digi Aqua Software” means all software we make available to you for use on a service and/or product, but excludes third-party Digital Content. “Digital Content” means digitized content (including third-party content), such as videos, music, apps, games, skills, photos, audio, books, newspapers, magazines, and related features and functionality. “Product” means a service and/or product that is delivered and developed/ manufactured by a third party and enables access to Digi Aqua Services.
Digi Aqua Services, Digi Aqua Software
a. Use of Digi Aqua Services on a service and/or product. To use certain Digi Aqua Services for a service and/or product, you must have your own Digi Aqua account, be logged in to your account for the service and/or product, and have a valid payment method associated with your account. b. Use of the Digi Aqua Software. Except as provided in this section, you may use the Digi Aqua Software only on your Product. For additional terms that apply to the Digi Aqua Software. Digi Aqua Software licensed under an open source license is governed solely by the terms of that open source license. c. Attempts to Bypass Digi Aqua. If Digi Aqua Software is used to grant the client access to its affiliates and/or products, the client (whether by choice or invitation) colludes with the affiliate to directly and/or indirectly bypass or discount the Digi Aqua remuneration in the transaction, both the client and the Digi Aqua affiliate will be discredited for their misdemeanor. Such acts will not be permissible by Digi Aqua and will lead to the client and affiliate being banned from using Digi Aqua Software and/or accessing the benefits availed by/through Digi Aqua Services. 2. Connectivity and Availability a. Internet Connectivity. Digi Aqua Services may require an Internet connection from a third-party provider in order to use some features. In such cases, your Internet connection is subject to the fees, restrictions, terms and limitations imposed by your provider. b. Availability. Some Digi Aqua Services may be unavailable, vary (by product or geography, for example), be offered for a limited time, or require separate subscriptions. 3. General a. Information Received. The Digi Aqua Software may provide us with information about your Product, use of the Product, and use of Digital Content, other content, and the Digi Aqua Services (such as search queries, installed applications, viewing and usage data, available memory, log files, network diagnostics, voice information, and connectivity). Manufacturers of your Product may also provide us with similar information. Information provided to Digi Aqua may be processed in the cloud to improve your experience and our services, and may be stored on servers outside the country in which you live. Please visit the Settings menu of your Product if you prefer to opt out of providing certain information. b. Information Provided To Others. You are responsible for any information you provide to others, including third-party Digital Content providers. Use of information you provide to these third parties will be subject to any privacy notice or other terms that they may provide to you. c. Changes to Digi Aqua Services; Amendments. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Digi Aqua Services, or any part of them, at any time without notice. We may amend any of this Agreement's terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the Digi Aqua platform and/or website. Your continued use of Digi Aqua Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms. d. Termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Digi Aqua may immediately revoke your access to the Digi Aqua Services. Digi Aqua's failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights. e. Disputes. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, a service and/or product, the Digi Aqua Software, or the Digi Aqua Services is subject to the dispute resolution, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms. If, in the course of the provision of the Water related Services, a Client or its co-clients negligently damage the job done or its products (among else, by breaking or staining the products or causing the product to malfunction), the Water Technician shall have the right to request the Client to pay a penalty up to R900 (nine hundred rand) to the Water Technician for any inconveniences caused in attending to the complaint and request compensation for any damages exceeding the penalty. If the Client does not consent to paying the penalty and/or compensating the damage, the Water Technician must notify Digi Aqua and we will then try to collect penalty and/or relevant costs on the Water Technician’s behalf from the Client. However, bear in mind that we are not taking any liability for direct or indirect damages in relation to cleaning or maintenance of the damages caused by the Client. f. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability. Service and/or products are provided and developed/manufactured by third parties, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of service and/or product except the Digi Aqua Services. Without limiting the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law, in no event will our or our licensors' aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Digi Aqua Services exceed five hundred rand (R900.00). g. The Implied Warranty of Quality and the Warranty on repaired goods; Digi Aqua will also avail a warranty certificate of the job the Water Technician has done to the Client. Therefore, money will not be paid to the Water Technician if any complaints by the Client arise within 7 days after the job is done. The matter will be resolved by the Water Technician before the job cost is paid to the Water Technician, at no additional cost to the Client. Therefore, should the client complain about the work the Water Technician has done and /or the product malfunctioning, after the 7 days; Digi Aqua will inform the Water Technician and expect the Water Technician to remedy the matter i.e. replace the part with the supplier retailer/Digi Aqua affiliate store and/or require a refund on behalf of the client. Remedy of this matter based on the Water Technician’s workmanship, negligence, and/or shortsightedness will not be eligible for remuneration by the Client to the Water Technician and/or Digi Aqua. However, if the complaint is a result of the product supplied by the retailer, then the client will be expected to acknowledge the replacement/remedial of the matter as a new job on Digi Aqua and the Water Technician will be paid the Job cost as previously quoted or discounted up to 50%. h. COMMUNICATIONS
When you use Digi Aqua Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Digi Aqua Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
COPYRIGHT
All content included in or made available through any Digi Aqua Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Digi Aqua or its content suppliers and protected by South Africa (RSA) and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Digi Aqua Service is the exclusive property of Digi Aqua and protected by RSA and international copyright laws.
TRADEMARKS
In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Digi Aqua Service are trademarks or trade dress of Digi Aqua in the RSA and other countries. Digi Aqua's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Digi Aqua's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredit/debits Digi Aqua. All other trademarks not owned by Digi Aqua that appear in any Digi Aqua Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Digi Aqua.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, Digi Aqua or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Digi Aqua Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Digi Aqua Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any services, product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Digi Aqua Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Digi Aqua or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No Digi Aqua Service, nor any part of any Digi Aqua Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Digi Aqua. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Digi Aqua without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Digi Aqua's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Digi Aqua. You may not misuse the Digi Aqua Services. You may use the Digi Aqua Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Digi Aqua terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need your own Digi Aqua account to use certain Digi Aqua Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Digi Aqua does not provide services and/or sells products for children, but it sells to adults, who can purchase with a credit/debit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Digi Aqua Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may create profiles for teenagers in their Digi Aqua Household. Digi Aqua reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Digi Aqua Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
, You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Digi Aqua reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Digi Aqua a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Digi Aqua and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Digi Aqua for all claims resulting from content you supply. Digi Aqua has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Digi Aqua takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
Digi Aqua respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
RISK OF LOSS
All jobs and purchases of physical items from Digi Aqua are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Digi Aqua does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our distribution center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Digi Aqua does not take title to the refunded item. In the instance that a service provided by one of the Digi Aqua affiliates / water technicians is not satisfactory to the client; the specific Digi Aqua water technician / affiliate will be required to come remedy the situation within 7 days; subject to the situation being caused by the Digi Aqua water technician / affiliate’s doing. If Digi Aqua water technician / affiliate does not/cannot remedy the situation within the 7 days, the client will be refunded, or the job will be redone by an alternative Digi Aqua water technician / affiliate, at Digi Aqua’s discretion. The Returns or refunds will not be granted if the situation is due to the account holder/client and/or its property members / family/ residents/ visitors/ employees / associates etc. (“co-clients”). who directly or indirectly tempered with the work/job done by the Digi Aqua water technician / affiliate’s resulting in the latter outcomes in question of Returns or refunds.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Digi Aqua attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Digi Aqua does not warrant that services and/or product descriptions or other content of any Digi Aqua Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a service and/or product offered by Digi Aqua itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to request for a more accurate service and/or return the product in unused condition. PRICING "List Price" means the suggested retail price of a service and/or product as provided by a service provider, manufacturer, supplier, or seller, affiliate of Digi Aqua. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on Digi Aqua and other retailers and/or platforms. Certain service and/or product may have a "Was Price" displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Digi Aqua. With respect to items sold by Digi Aqua, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Digi Aqua is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before continuing with the job and/or shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item. We generally do not charge your credit/debit card until after your order has entered the continuing with the job and/or shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you. APP AND FEATURES PERMISSIONS When you use apps and features created by Digi Aqua, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions. Among others, in order to guarantee high-quality service and provide additional reassurance to Clients, the Water Technician acknowledge that the Clients may provide a rating and leave feedback regarding the quality of the Water related Services that you have been provided based on i.e. Friendliness, Cleanliness after job, Professionalism, Overall service etc. The Water Technician’s average rating will be linked to the Water Technician´s account and will be available to Clients on the Digi Aqua App. If we find out the rating or comment by the Client is not given in good faith, this rating or comment may not be projected in the calculations of the Water Technician’s rating. Take note that this feature and latitude is reciprocal to the Water Technician; in order to guarantee high-quality service and provide additional reassurance to the Water Technicians, you hereby acknowledge that the Water Technicians may provide you a rating and leave feedback regarding the quality of their Water related Services that you have requested of them based on i.e. Friendliness, Integrity, Sticking to the Scope of Work, Availing needed Support, Overall accommodation etc. Your average rating will be linked to your Client profile account and will be available to the Water Technicians on the Digi Aqua App. If we find out the rating or comment by the Water Technician is not given in good faith, this rating or comment may not be projected in the calculations of your rating.
SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use any Digi Aqua Service if you are the subject of RSA sanctions or of sanctions consistent with RSA law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Digi Aqua Services. You must comply with all RSA or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Digi Aqua Software), technology, and services.
BUSINESSES
Parties and affiliates other than Digi Aqua operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the Digi Aqua Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Digi Aqua. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Web sites). Digi Aqua does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY DIGI AQUA ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. DIGI AQUA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, DIGI AQUA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DIGI AQUA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE DIGI AQUA SERVICES, DIGI AQUA'S SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM DIGI AQUA ARE FREE OF ERROR OR OTHER HARMFUL ACTS OR COMPONENTS. DISPUTES Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Digi Aqua Service will be adjudicated in RSA or courts in Pretoria / Johannesburg, Gauteng, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a trial.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Digi Aqua Service, you agree that applicable RSA law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Digi Aqua.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Digi Aqua Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. ADDITIONAL DIGI AQUA SOFTWARE TERMS
The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Digi Aqua Services (the "Digi Aqua Software"). 1. Use of the Digi Aqua Software. You may use Digi Aqua Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the Digi Aqua Services as provided by Digi Aqua, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Digi Aqua Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the Digi Aqua Software in whole or in part. All software used in any Digi Aqua Service is the property of Digi Aqua or its software suppliers and is protected by South Africa and international copyright laws. 2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Digi Aqua Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties. 3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Digi Aqua Software, whether in whole or in part. 4. Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Digi Aqua Software at any time and without notice to you. 5. Government End Users. If you are a RSA Government end user, we are licensing the Digi Aqua Software to you as a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined in the RSA Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101), and the rights we grant you to the Digi Aqua Software are the same as the rights we grant to all others under these Conditions of Use. 6. Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other Digi Aqua or third-party terms applicable to any portion of Digi Aqua Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the Digi Aqua Software and to the extent of the conflict.
HOW TO SERVE A SUBPOENA OR OTHER LEGAL PROCESS
Digi Aqua accepts service of subpoenas or other legal process only through Digi Aqua's national registered agent, Corporation Service Company (CSC). That information will include, for example, e-mail and/or credit/debit card number used to make purchases for retail purchase information; the name, e-mail, and physical address of a seller for seller information; device serial number for Digi Aqua devices; and IP address and complete time stamps. NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit your complaint using our online form. This form may be used to report all types of intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, and patent claims. We respond quickly to the concerns of rights owners about any alleged infringement, and we terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Personal Information About Customers Does Digi Aqua Collect?
We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. Here are the types of personal information we collect: • Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you provide in relation to Digi Aqua Services. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our Digi Aqua Services. • Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Digi Aqua Services, including information about your interaction with products, content, and services available through Digi Aqua Services. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Digi Aqua Services. • Provide voice, image and camera services. When you use our voice, image and camera services, we use your voice input, images, videos, and other personal information to respond to your requests, provide the requested service to you, and improve our services. • Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For instance, we collect from sellers information regarding place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes. • Communicate with you. Does Digi Aqua Share Your Personal Information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. We share customers' personal information only as described below and with subsidiaries WHC and/or Digi Aqua. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. • Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Digi Aqua Services. For example, you can order products from third parties through our stores, download applications from third-party application providers from our App Store, and enable third-party skills through our Digi Aqua services. We also offer services or sell product lines jointly with third-party businesses, such as co-branded credit cards. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customers' personal information related to those transactions with that third party. • Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. What About Advertising?
• Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: Digi Aqua Services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services. • Use of Third-Party Advertising Services: We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant Digi Aqua ads and to measure their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you when we do this. Instead, we use an advertising identifier like a cookie, a device identifier, or a code derived from applying irreversible cryptography to other information like an email address. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download the app again. Some ad companies also use this information to serve you relevant ads from other advertisers.

If you don't want to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your notification settings in the app or device. • The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell you how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. Because cookies and identifiers allow you to take advantage of some essential features of Digi Aqua Services, we recommend that you leave them turned on. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any Services that require you to Sign in. • You will also be able to opt out of certain other types of data usage by updating your settings on the applicable Digi Aqua website (e.g., in "Manage Your Content and Devices"), device, or application. Most non-Digi Aqua devices also provide users with the ability to change device permissions (e.g., disable/access location services, contacts).
